A cleaning fee is included so that the apartment is clean upon your arrival.
The tenant must return it in its normal state of use:
- wash and put away dishes,
- clean floor,
- bed linen and towels grouped on the floor,
- bins emptied into the designated containers.
An additional €100 will be charged if the departure cleaning requires more than one extra hour.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment (the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector).
We love animals very much but unfortunately they are not allowed in the accommodation for hygiene reasons.
