## House rules

A cleaning fee is included so that the apartment is clean upon your arrival.
The tenant must return it in a normal state of use:
-wash and put away the dishes,
-clean floor,
-bed linen and towels gathered on the floor,
-trash emptied into the designated bins.
 A supplement of €100 will be charged if the departure cleaning requires more than one additional hour.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment (the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector).

We love animals very much, but unfortunately, they are prohibited in the accommodation for hygiene reasons.
